It’s a good time to be a stylus fan. Not only has Samsung debuted its handwriting-friendly Series 7 Slate and Galaxy Note tablets, but LG is also bringing the stylus into the living room with its new series of PenTouch plasma TVs. Available in both 50-inch and 60-inch varieties, each TV comes with a pair of Touch Pens that let you either control the TV and included software like a calendar and photo gallery, or simply draw on it to your heart’s content. As if that wasn’t enough, the top-end 60-inch model is also a 3D TV, and include one pair of active shutter glasses — it’ll run you $2,199, while the non-3D models come in at $1,699 and $1,099. Unfortunately, you’ll also have to supply your own Windows PC to take full advantage of that touch-functionality. Continue reading …Well here’s an unlikely pairing–Dr. House and Steve Urkel. Former child star Jaleel White (Urkel) will guest star in the Oct. 3 season premiere of “House” as a fellow inmate of Hugh Laurie’s House, TVLine has confirmed. When season seven ended, House slammed his car into Lisa Cuddy’s home, which ultimately landed him in prison. But we couldn’t think of a better prison-mate than Urkel. In recent years, the now-34-year-old actor has made guest appearances on shows like “The Game,” “Psych” and “Boston Legal.” Not to mention he even put on his finest sweater vest and plaid pants to star in Cee-Lo Green’s music video, “Cry Baby.” White also recently starred in the kid-focused “Judy Moody & The NOT Bummer Summer,” and is currently working on a romantic comedy for release next year. He even blogged for The Huffington Post about giving everything he had to make his web series. You can catch White on the season eight premiere of “House,” which is set to air on Monday, October 3 at 9 p.m. ET. Not bad for everyone’s favorite geek. MORE:

Cheney has harsh words for some former Bush administration officials in his memoir, In My Time. Former Secretaries of State Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice have both taken issue with the former vice president’s portrayal of matters related to their respective tenures. Bush said that it doesn’t bother him that some members of his former White House team are disputing accounts Cheney relays in his book. “I’m glad members of my family are giving their version of what it was like to serve the country,” said the former president. Referring to his own memoir, which was released last year, he added, “I did the same thing. I put my version out there.” Bush explained, “Eventually objective historians will analyze our administration and draw objective conclusions.” On the campaign front, the former president weighed in on the race shaping up for the Republican presidential nomination ahead of 2012. “I’m going to support our party’s nominee,” he said. “In the meantime I am going to remain an observer, an interested observer. I also follow baseball.” WATCH: (6:25) Watch the latest video at video.foxnews.com
