Strong Aftershock Kills 3 in NE Japan

Weary Japan has been hit by a strong aftershock nearly a month after a devastating earthquake and tsunami. At least 3 people were killed and power was knocked out to many, but nuclear power plants reported no significant additional damage. (April 8)
