Raw Video: Magnitude 7.1 Aftershock Hits Japan

Japanese scientists say a 7.0 magnitude aftershock has rattled the country’s northeast, one month to the day since a massive quake devastated the country. A tsunami warning was issued, then lifted shortly after. (April 11)
