Just 20 seconds into Tuesday’s Champions League first leg match between Inter Milan and Schalke, Inter’s Dejan Stankovic scored an incredible goal… from midfield. Schalke goalkeeper Manuel Neuer left the box to clear the ball, but he headed it right to Stankovic in the middle of the field. The midfielder nailed it with a ridiculous volley, causing the ball to sail directly over Neuer’s head and into the net. Amazingly, Stankovic scored a similar goal in 2009 against Genoa. Although Inter Milan took the early lead, Schalke came back and beat the defending champions 5-2. Scroll down to watch the video. WATCH:
