Schwarzenegger has not endorsed either candidate for governor. Los Angeles Times: Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger cast his ballot in Brentwood on Tuesday morning, but he remained tight-lipped about who he voted for to succeed him. “I will tell you all about it later on,” Schwarzenegger said as he entered a polling place at a school with wife, Maria Shriver. Schwarzenegger has declined to endorse fellow Republican Meg Whitman or Democrat Jerry Brown, saying he wanted to avoid offending anyone as he focused on fighting Proposition 23, the ballot measure that would delay his signature environmental achievement, the state’s landmark climate-change law. Now, though, you have the brains to match those looks. Fujisoft has upgraded PALRO’s software to version 2.0, which comes with some impressive face, body, and object tracking. The little guy can now identify a face and track it even if someone turns their head, and likewise can identify a person’s body at a distance while walking through a crowded room. With a quick scan of its dome-shaped head PALRO can locate all the objects in a room and, when told to walk to one, will start swinging its arms and strut right to it, dodging wayward keyboards and mice along the way. It’s as impressive as it is adorable, and while PALRO still isn’t available for sale to the world at large, a price of roughly $3,300 makes means he’s well out of our league anyway. Bush for the crisis ahead of President Obama. About 40 percent self-identified as tea party and voted Republican. Most voters polled as they left their precincts said the country is heading in the wrong direction and both parties were unpopular. One in three voters said someone in their household lost a job in the last two years. The Huffington Post: About a third say their household suffered a job loss in the past two years, but that didn’t give a clear direction to their voting. They divided over which party to support in Tuesday’s House races. About four in 10 say they are worse off financially than they were two years ago. More than 80 percent said they were worried about the direction of the economy over the next year. Only about a quarter of voters in Tuesday’s House races blamed Obama for the nation’s economic troubles. But about half think Obama’s policies will hurt the country.
