World Stocks Nosedive After Fed’s Gloomy Outlook

Stocks in Asia and in Europe took a nosedive after the Federal Reserve released a gloomy assessment of the US economy. Investors turned their backs on the Fed’s stimulus measures as well. (Sept. 22)
