UK’s Cameron Warns Rioters to Face Consequences

After a 3rd night of rioting in London, which spread to other cities, UK PM Cameron returned home from vacation to pledge more police presence and more arrests to bring streets back under control. He also called an emergency parliament session. (Aug. 9)
