The US Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff was visiting Seoul Wednesday, to show solidarity after North Korea’s attack on Yeonpyeong Island. Admiral Mike Mullen said he was frustrated with China’s unwillingess to rein in Pyongyang. (Dec. 8)
