Tech Test: Google’s Chromebook

Samsung’s Chromebook offers a new approach in functionality. It presents all of the user experience in websites, apps, games and productivity tools, through Google’s Chrome browser. This streamlines things a bit, at the cost of standalone apps. (July 13)
