Supreme Court to Hear Massive Wal-Mart Case
On Tuesday the Supreme Court will hear a lawsuit from women who say they were systematically discriminated against by retail giant Wal-Mart. If the court allows the case to go forward as a class action, it could involve up to 1.6 million women. (March 29)
