Storm Conditions Move Into Haiti’s Capital

The skies over Haiti’s capital darkened, and wind and rain are picking up. Tropical Storm Tomas is closing in on Port-au-Prince, where hundreds of thousands still live in tents and under tarps after being left homeless by January’s earthquake. (Nov. 4)
