Reporting from Seoul — In a brash move that many fear will again provoke a testy , officials Wednesday announced the start of massive new land and sea live-fire drills, just a month after the North’s deadly artillery attack on a remote island. The exercises, which will run through Friday, involve troops, tanks, fighter jets and anti-aircraft guns — as well as six naval ships and Lynx anti-submarine helicopters — as the military remains on high alert for to retaliate for drills that Seoul held earlier this week.
