Snowstorm Wallops Northeast, Up to 19 Inches
Public schools are closed for a second day as the East Coast digs out of the latest snow storm. New York’s Newark Liberty and Kennedy airports are expected to open later today as the region digs out from under the bad weather. (Jan. 27)
