Snow Adds to Recovery Work Challenge in Japan

International rescue teams were working hard as recovery efforts continued in the wake of Japan’s twin disasters of earthquake and tsunami. Snow and freezing temperatures were adding to the challenge of the crews and the misery of survivors. (March 17)
