That’s what came to my mind while watching Sarah Palin make a forced and oh-so-sincere apology to Mitt Romney for stepping all over his announcement that he was running for the Republican nomination. But the look on her face makes it clear that she doesn’t think it’s her fault that the media would rather see her mangle American History 101 than watch the actual announced candidate. Palin’s all about the attention, doncha know? And all’s fair in love and war…and Republican politics. David Frum spoke to Lawrence O’Donnell about Sarah’s spoiler role in the Republican primary season. Click here to view this media Ultimately, I think it will be the non-Fox media that will have to come to grips with the notion that Palin is just not a serious player, no matter how hard Fox tries to legitimize her. Fox News cannot be the agenda-setter for all other media.
