Rina Quickly Becomes Hurricane Off Honduras

Forecasters say Rina has quickly strengthened into a hurricane off the coast of Honduras. The National Hurricane Center in Miami said Monday that Rina was a Category 1 hurricane with top winds of 75 mph. (Oct. 24)
