Raw Video: Rio Restaurant Blast Caught on Tape

An explosion at a restaurant in Rio de Janeiro on Thursday was captured by a street security camera. The blast killed at least three people and injured 13, officials said. It was likely caused by a gas leak. (Oct. 13)
