Raw Video: ‘Putrid’ Mess Awaits Memphis

The Mississippi River has hit its high point in Memphis, Tenn. leaving a muddied mess of chemical bottles, tires and other trash behind. Shelby County’s top emergency official says “it’s going to be rather putrid” and expensive to clean up. (May 10)
