Raw Video: Man Yanks Sarkozy by Shoulder

A man yanked French president Nicolas Sarkozy by the shoulder, nearly knocking him to the ground. Sarkozy was shaking hands in a crowd when it happened. The man was detained and questioned. (June 30)
