Raw Video: Irene’s Outer Bands Hit NC Coast

Hurricane Irene’s outer bands slammed the North Carolina coast early Saturday with smashing winds and drenching rains. Officials said the storm lost some power but is still whipping up 90 mph winds as it moves up the Atlantic Coast. (Aug. 27)
