Raw Video: Fla. Man Steals Charity Tip Jar

Police in Tampa, Fla. are looking for a man who walked into a local convenience store with a female companion and then stole a charity tip jar at the cash register. The money was supposed to go to United Cerebral Palsy. (Oct. 21)
