Raw Video: Deadly Tropical Storm in Vietnam

Tropical Storm Nock-ten has slammed into Vietnam, killing one person, after leaving a path of destruction in the Philippines. The government says more than 44000 people in six provinces were evacuated ahead of the storm. (July 30)
