Raw Video: Brazil Boy Shot in Chest by Police

5 military police officers have been arrested in northern Brazil after a 2010 security camera video of them shooting a 14-year-old boy several times comes to light. The officers say they had been questioning the boy about a neighborhood crime. (March 24)
