Raw Video: Balkans See Worst Floods in a Century

Authorities have declared a state of emergency in three Balkan countries and evacuated scores of people after heavy rainfall caused severe flooding along the Drina River. The flooding in the Balkans is the worst in a century. (Dec. 4)
