Piper Perabo, who stars in the USA Network show ‘Covert Affairs,’ is up for best actress in a TV drama at the 2011 Golden Globes. Her competition includes Julianna Margulies, Elisabeth Moss, Kyra Sedgwick and Katey Sagal. (Dec. 14)
