Parts of Eastern Australia Could Remain Swamped
High water may not retreat significantly from the eastern Australian town of Rockhampton for weeks, the mayor warned Tuesday. Rockhampton and several other communities in Queensland were continuing to brace for further flooding. (4 January 2010)
