The single-level cell version of the next-gen Duo (depicted above) will deliver 700,000 read IOPS, 900,000 write IOPS and a 3GB/s bandwidth that could possibly surpass OCZ’s Z-Drive R4 . Prices start at $6,000 and top out at something too ridiculous to mention for a maximum 2.4TB of storage.
