Obama Advisor: President Made Tough Budget Cuts
White House domestic policy adviser Melody Barnes told The Associated Press that President Obama has proposed some tough budget cuts because he knows the fiscal situation demands it and he is willing to work Republicans to get it done. (Feb. 14)
