NY Co. Official: Animal Abuse Registry Approved
New York’s Suffolk Co. has voted to create the nation’s first animal abuse registry. The measure would require co. residents older than 18 to register on an online registry for five years after their convictions on animal abuse charges. (Oct. 14)
