Top-ranked LSU had little trouble with Kentucky in a 35-7 win. No. 2 Oklahoma clobbered Ball State 62-6. No. 3 Alabama beat No. 12 Florida 38-10. No. 4 Boise State won. No. 7 Wisconson routed No. 8 Nebraska 48-17. Auburn upset No. 10 South Carolina 16-13.
