Missing Cadet’s Boyfriend Not Talking to Police

The boyfriend of a missing police cadet is refusing to cooperate with investigators. Florida officials say 46-year-old David Perry returned to Florida after abruptly going to New York the weekend 35-year-old Kelly Rothwell disappeared. (March 30)
