LulzSec has claimed responsibility for taking down two major Brazilian government websites this morning. Both brazil.gov.br and presidencia.gov.br were unreachable, and a Twitter feed called “ LulzSecBrazil ” has claimed responsibility, the Atlantic Wire reports.
