Loughner Pleads Not Guilty in AZ Shooting

Jared Loughner, the suspect in the shooting of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, pleaded not guilty in Phoenix court Monday. Loughner faces federal charges for trying to assassinate Giffords and murder two of her aides. (Jan. 24)
