Ky. Man Arrested in Australian Bomb Scare

A 50-year-old man was arrested Monday while staying with his ex-wife in Kentucky. Paul “Doug” Peters is charged with breaking into an Australian family’s home and chaining a fake bomb to a teenage woman’s neck. (Aug. 16)
