Japanese Battle Typhoon Roke’s Wind and Rain

Typhoon Roke slammed Japan Wednesday, bringing high winds, driving rain, flooding, landslides and fresh fears for the country’s crippled nuclear power plant. Officials said it left at least 6 dead or missing. (Sept. 21)
