Irene Could Be a Category Three by Wednesday
Bill Read, the Director of the National Hurricane Center, said Tuesday that Hurricane Irene could form as a category three storm as early as Wednesday. Read says the entire eastern seaboard should keep an eye on the storm and brace for impact. (Aug. 23)
