Fla. Couple Accused of Keeping Girl in Yard

A Fort Pierce, Florida couple is accused of forcing a child to bathe, use the bathroom and spend nearly all of her time in the back yard. Deputies charged a 34-year-old man and 31-year-old woman with felony child abuse. (April 11)
