First Person: "There Was No Answer at 911"
A New York City family says snow-clogged streets prevented an ambulance from reaching their mother who was having trouble breathing. Laura Freeman says EMS workers had to park 2 blocks away and walk and by then her mother was dead. (Dec. 30)
