Feds Indict Loughner; Giffords Stands Up

A federal grand jury has indicted the suspect in the Tucson shooting rampage that killed six and wounded 13, including US Rep. Gabrielle Giffords. Meanwhile, her recovery took another step forward as she stood up Wednesday. (Jan. 19)
