FDNY: Helping Flood Victims in Binghamton
Some 20000 people in Binghamton, NY, were evacuated ahead of Thursday’s heavy rains and another 20000 people are still without power. The New York Fire Department has joined in search-and-rescue efforts. (Sept. 9)
