Fargo Wrapping Up Red River Sandbagging Ops
North Dakota residents are depending on thousands of sandbags –and in some cases, plywood– to protect their homes from the rising Red River over the next few days. The weather service expects the river to crest between 39 and 40 feet. (April 7)
