RABAT, Morocco—Morocco’s Interior Ministry says an explosion in a cafe popular with tourists in Marrakech has killed 14 people and injured 20. The state news agency MAP quotes the ministry statement as saying that it appeared to be a “criminal act.” The explosion happened Thursday at the Argana cafe, on the famed Djemaa el-Fna square in the center of Marrakech.
