Photo: VW 1-Liter Car V.3 Volkswagen’s 1-Liter Car started out as a slippery 660 pounds diesel , evolved into a more futuristic-looking 840 pounds diesel-hybrid , and is now – in its third generation – a plug-in diesel hybrid that looks a lot like the second generation but now has a plug.
