Death Toll in Kenya Pipeline Explosion Rises

The death toll from a gasoline pipeline explosion in the Kenyan capital has risen to 87, a Red Cross official said Tuesday, as the Kenyan government declared two days of mourning for the victims of the disaster. (Sept. 13)
