Convoy of Gadhafi Officials Spotted in Niger

An official in Niger’s capital of Niamey says Moammar Gadhafi’s security chief has entered the capital in a convoy. Meanwhile rebels are negotiating with elders in one of Gadhafi’s final strongholds, Bani Walid. (Sept. 6)
