We actively follow the 5Gyres project, and the group has just announced a competition you definitely want to check out: “We are launching a contest today to win a trip on the 5Gyres Boat. The winner will spend 10 days on the boat from Tahiti to the Cook Islands while they are studying the amount of plastics in that part of the Pacific.
