Columnist Proposes Drug Tests for Politicians

Newspaper columnist Carl Hiaasen wants the entire Florida state legislature to be tested for drugs, and he says he’ll pay for the tests. His offer is in response to Gov. Rick Scott’s plan to drug test all welfare recipients. (Sept. 27)
