Fans arriving in Dallas for Sunday’s Super Bowl are being welcomed by icy roads and bone-chilling temperatures. Some locals jokingly blame the Green Bay Packers and Pittsburgh Steelers –2 cold weather teams– for bringing the cold to Texas. (Feb. 1)
