Ceremonies Mark 25th Anniversary of Chernobyl
Solemn ceremonies began in the early hours of the morning Tuesday, to mark the 25th anniversary of the disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. Later Russia’s president called for tougher safety rules for such facilities. (April 26)
