California Interstate Reopens After Snow Closure
Motorists stuck for almost 24 hours by an icy storm north of Los Angeles resumed their travels Monday. Improving weather along Interstate 5 allowed California Highway Patrol units to escort the vehicles over a pass. (Jan. 3)
